I’m a retired NYC Medic, solitary witch, and community priestess. In my retirement from Emergency Medicine, I continues to find myself teaching, writing, and learning. From New York’s Mid-Husdon River Valley and the Atlantic coast shoreline to The Colorado River Valley and deserts of Arizona, and everywhere I finds myself, I make sure to take the time to spend time with Mother and saunter with Nature. A life lived in magick has taught me that the point of it all is to truly get to know one’s self as well as everything else there is to learn about. I remain a strong advocate for not just productive shadow work but also healing shadow care, and found myself called to facilitate others to find their own path by holding space for them to journey and holding a lantern in the dark to help them find their way back to themselves.

 I am a solitary Witch who is American. I am of Irish, Prussian, English, and Arapaho-Navaho descent. I’ve lived and worked most of my life in NYC. After living in the Mid-Hudson Valley of New York State for 9 years and creating a magickal community there, I now reside in NorthWest Arizona.

Although degrees have their places in covens and groups, I present myself only as a Witch, Spiritual EMT, Spiritual & Shadow Guide, Teacher, and Priest.

I am a nationally recognized and Ordained Interfaith Minister though Universal Life Monastery in Seattle, Washington.
